Reddit Search Tools
Every search tool on the site, each built around a different question you might have about a Reddit account. All of them start from a username.
These tools read publicly available Reddit data and public archives. They differ in what they put in front of you: a whole profile, one content type, an account's activity spread, or simply whether a username exists at all. None of them can reach private content.
The tools
- Reddit Profile ViewerView a Reddit user's public profile in one place: karma breakdown, account age, and recent posts and comments.
- Reddit Comment SearchFind the comments a Reddit account has left, including replies buried deep in old threads.
- Reddit Post SearchSearch the posts a Reddit account has submitted, across every subreddit they have been active in.
- Reddit Username SearchCheck whether a Reddit username exists and see the public account details attached to it.
- Reddit Activity ViewerSee a Reddit account's public activity in one timeline: which subreddits, how often, and over what period.
- Deleted Reddit CommentsWhen a deleted Reddit comment can still be found in a public archive, and when it is gone for good.

What none of them can do
These limits apply across every tool here, because they are limits of what Reddit publishes rather than of any particular tool.
- No private messages, chats, or anything behind a Reddit login.
- No upvote or downvote history, private since 2017.
- No email address, real name, IP or location.
- No saved posts, hidden posts or subreddit subscriptions.
- Nothing from private or quarantined subreddits, or from suspended and shadowbanned accounts.
- Not a complete history. Reddit caps its listings at roughly 1,000 items per sort order.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a Reddit account to use these?
- No. Everything here reads publicly available Reddit data, so no Reddit login or authorisation is involved at any point.
- Do the tools search different data?
- They share the same sources but answer different questions. The profile viewer summarises an account, the post and comment searches each focus on one content type, and the username search only confirms an account exists.
- Is there anything these tools can access that Reddit hides?
- No. Nothing here bypasses a Reddit privacy setting. The advantage over browsing a profile manually is reading several sort orders and public archives, which returns more of what is already public.
- Are they free?
- You can search without an account. A free account raises your limit, and a one-time Lifetime Pro unlock removes it.
