Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Pro, you may request a refund within the window described below. This covers the $4.99 monthly plan and Lifetime Pro.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for Pro, and on every Lifetime Pro purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of that payment.

Pro is billed at $4.99 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billingin your account menu, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewal charges after the first month are not refunded, because cancelling before a renewal date prevents that charge entirely. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will look at it.

Please include your account email address and the date of purchase. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your request.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the first payment for Pro, or of the Lifetime Pro purchase.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Upon refund, your account will revert to the free tier and you will lose access to paid features.
• Each customer is eligible for one refund. Repeated purchases followed by refund requests may be declined.

The free tier of redditprofile does not involve any payment and is not subject to this refund policy. This policy applies to the Pro monthly plan and to Lifetime Pro.

Once your refund request is approved, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
