What a Lifetime Pro purchase does, and what happens if you change your mind.
Is Lifetime Pro really a one-time payment?
Yes. Lifetime Pro is a single $4.99 payment. It is not a subscription, there is no renewal date, and there is no recurring charge to cancel. We do not sell a monthly plan.
How soon do I get access after paying?
Immediately. Your account is upgraded the moment the payment confirms, and you are sent straight back to the site with Pro already active. You also get a confirmation email for your records.
What if I pay with a different email or a PayPal account?
It does not matter. You buy while signed in, so Pro is attached to the account you are signed into, not to whatever email or card you pay with. There is nothing to link up afterwards.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days to ask for a full refund, for any reason. Email support@redditprofile.com with your account email and we will refund the full $4.99 to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Does "lifetime" mean I will never be asked to pay again?
Yes. One payment unlocks Pro on your account permanently, including features we add later. We will not move existing Pro features behind a second purchase or convert your account to a subscription.
Is my payment secure? Do you store my card details?
We never see or store your card details. Checkout is hosted and processed by Polar, our payment provider, and your card information goes to them directly. There is no card field anywhere on this site.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and the other methods our payment provider supports. The available options are shown on the checkout page itself.
Do I need an account to search?
You can run one search without an account. Creating a free account gives you 10 search credits and a preview of the first 10 results, and Lifetime Pro removes the credit limit entirely.

Do I need a Reddit account, or to connect one?
No. You never sign in to Reddit here and we never ask for your Reddit password. Everything shown is public Reddit data that anyone could look up, just collected into one place.
