Yes, you can usually see what a hidden Reddit profile has posted. Reddit's setting to hide posts and comments only removes them from the profile page. Every post and comment stays public in the subreddit where it was written. This tool finds them by searching for the author across Reddit, a public archive and the web. It cannot show private messages, votes, or suspended accounts.

Why hidden posts are still findable
A Reddit profile page is just a list of links to things the account wrote elsewhere. Hiding the profile turns that list off. It does not move, delete or lock the posts and comments themselves, which still sit in public subreddit threads that anyone can read.
So instead of reading the profile page, we look for the account's name as the author of content across several sources at once:
- Reddit's own search, filtered by author, site-wide and inside the subreddits the account uses.
- A public Reddit archive that records posts and comments as they are made, by author.
- The web index, which surfaces threads the account commented in, which we then read for that account's comments.
The account's karma, creation date and account flags are never hidden by the setting, so those show as normal.

What it cannot do
- No private messages, chats, votes or saved posts. Those belong to the account owner alone, hidden profile or not.
- Nothing from private or quarantined subreddits. Those threads are not publicly readable.
- No suspended or shadowbanned accounts. Reddit stops serving them entirely.
- Not always complete. Coverage depends on what the sources hold for that account, so some posts, especially very recent ones, can be missing.

Can you see a hidden Reddit profile?
Usually, yes. Hiding a Reddit profile only removes posts and comments from the profile page. Each post and comment stays public in the subreddit where it was written, and in public archives. Searching by author finds them without the profile page.
Is a hidden Reddit profile the same as a private one?
Reddit has no private profile setting. Hidden is the closest thing: the account owner chooses to leave posts and comments off their profile page. Nothing about the content itself changes, which is why it can still be found.
Will the person know I viewed their hidden profile?
No. Reddit does not record or report profile views to anyone, and this search never touches the account or sends it anything. The person cannot tell that you looked.
Will it show everything they have ever posted?
Not always. Coverage depends on what Reddit's search, the archive and the web index hold for that account. Active accounts usually come back with a large history; very new, very old or low-activity accounts can have gaps.
Can it show their messages, votes or saved posts?
No. Private messages, chats, upvotes, downvotes, saved posts and subreddit subscriptions are visible only to the account owner. No tool can retrieve them, and any tool claiming to is not telling the truth.
What if the profile will not load at all?
Then it is not hidden. It is suspended, shadowbanned or deleted, and Reddit stops serving those accounts. Our username search tells you which of those states you are looking at.
