Promotional Score is a score calculated by
counting the people actively promoting
a product, and subtracting by the number of people we see actively detracting.
We then normalize it between -100 and 100, the same as standard representation.
This is similar to Net Promoter Score, but noticeably better.
Net Promoter Score is a measure of the willingness
of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others.
Typically, this is obtained by asking "would you recommend?" questions
during an exit survey.
Our approach provides improved results, as we can track people who
are promoting a product, as opposed to say they will promote a
